Deliveries

We operate with 2 man delivery teams.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the Upholstery and Furniture Products you have ordered will fit into your home and that there is sufficient access for our delivery vehicle to reach the delivery address.

The delivery team will not attempt delivery or a removal if there are health and safety issues or where damage to your property may occur nor will they remove doors, windows or bannisters. We will charge you £75.00 for a cancelled delivery. Where the item/s ordered will not fit into your home, we will charge you a cancellation fee and a non-refundable removal fee of £25.00 per single item and £45.00 total for more than one item.

Installation

If you have selected for us to install an appliance such as a washing machine or dishwasher then this will only be connected to an existing water supply. Old appliances must be disconnected both for installation of new appliance and having an old appliance recycled. The water supply must have an isolator tap which is freely accessible. If the driver considers your plumbing to be unsuitable or is unable to isolate the water then we will not be able to carry out the installation.

Please note, our standard terms are for assembly and installation of furniture and certain electrical appliances only.

We can also remove furniture items starting from £10.00 per item, sofa removal is charged at £25.00 per unit. Fridges and freezers can be removed at a charge of £25.00.

Please note that Landlord Supplies or the manufacturers do not cover loss of food and will not accept any claims for loss. It is strongly recommended that the contents of fridges and freezers are insured on installation and checked regularly.

FAQ's

Where will you deliver to? - We are based in Leeds and cover the West Yorkshire area. However, we can deliver throughout the majority of the country for larger orders (exclusions apply), charges depend on your location. Please contact us for a quote.

Do you offer an installation service? - Yes, please get in touch for a quote.

Can you remove old unwanted furniture and appliances? - Yes, we can remove old unwanted items by prior arrangement for a small charge.

How long does delivery usually take?
We usually deliver within 72 hours within confirmation of your order (excluding weekends).

Where are we? - The Landlord Supplies head office and main showroom is based at 90 Brudenell Road, Leeds LS6 1EG, where a selection of our most popular products can be viewed.

In addition to supplying you with the details requested, we may from time to time provide you with other information regarding the services we offer.
